spark5x Ads Integration | Application Information

spark5x Ads Integration is an internal application operated by spark5x (spark5x.com) to manage advertising for our own business and for clients who have linked their advertising accounts to us.

What the application does

Reads campaign, keyword and conversion performance data from Google Ads accounts that spark5x owns, or that a client has explicitly linked to our Google Ads manager account.
Uploads offline conversion events from our own customer records back to those same Google Ads accounts, so that campaign bidding can optimise toward qualified enquiries rather than raw form submissions.
Produces internal and client reports from that data.

Google user data the application accesses

The application requests the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) and the Data Manager API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/datamanager).

It uses these scopes only to read advertising performance data from, and upload conversion events to, Google Ads accounts that spark5x owns or manages with the account owner's permission.

The application does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, Google Photos, or any other personal Google account data. It does not read a user's personal information of any kind.

Who uses it

spark5x staff only. The application is not distributed to the public, has no public sign-up, and does not provide API access to any third party. Authorisation is performed by the spark5x account owner.

How the data is handled

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to advertising management and measurement, and we do not allow humans to read it except where necessary for security, to comply with applicable law, or with explicit consent.
